Our History
Tatone Investigations LLC was first established in August of 2000 in the State of Indiana as Federal Security Agency Inc., by Donald Tatone. Though founded in 2000, the concept of this private investigation and security agency began many years prior. As he worked in the private security industry, he discovered a gap that needed to be filled. Many of the contract security agencies in the area were more interested in their profit margin instead of their client’s needs. While focused on the bottom line, employees of these agencies also suffered.
Tatone obtained the necessary licenses and has been in business since that time. While we still offer security services, we primarily offer investigation and insurance support services. We specialize in surveillance operations of all types, business investigations, domestic investigations, insurance adjusting and support services, and consulting services. We focus on our client’s needs first and provide them with a superior service experience. We are proud to have a 100% client retention rate, simply meaning that once a client utilizes our services, any time they need additional work, we were their choice. Realizing that a client’s satisfaction is based largely on the performance of our staff, we made sure to take good care of them as well. We offered wages and training not commonly found in the industry, and as such our staff works hard to provide our clients with superior services.
